Hello, it's Teacher Brien here, and i've just purchased the JodyJazz Norteno mouthpiece for my personal use, and I can assure you it is BEAUTIFUL!

Combined with a 1930's Buescher Alto Sax and size 3 Vandoren reed, this sexy red mouthpiece gives me all the richness i need in the low notes, and that controlled power I like to play the highs. It is extremely easy to tongue, and altissimo range notes are stable too! Really a mouthpiece that i'll be using for a long time!

If i do have a gripe, it would be that the provided ligature is a little ill-fitting. I do wonder if there is another ligature that would go well with it.

Signing out,

Brien Chia
